How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from SlowleeSlowlee with the Track & Trace code from the respective courier.

What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands:

€4,50. Shipping is free on orders above €75.

Europe 1: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, Sweden United Kingdom:

€7,50. Shipping is free on orders above €90.

Europe 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia: €9,00. Shipping is free on orders above €100.

Orders to All Other Countries:

€10,00.

Returns

Orders can be exchanged within 14 days. Please contact info@slowleeslowlee.com to initiate the return.

Return shipments will be refunded within 7 days after we receive your package. We will transfer this amount to the account of which the payment has been made.
